Okay...Here it goes...
The start of my fitness journey...or rather the continuation of it. I've already been on a fitness journey and have done fabulously well but I have plateau'd and I need to vary it up and I haven't been toning/losing in a while.
I'm not going to go into my back story...rather start from the present...
Yesterday I bought a $157 3-day juicing cleanse to be started on Monday June 15, 2015. I also paid a lot of US money to buy the Hitch Fit "Lose weight and feel great" online program that I hope to start next Thursday June 18, 2015 after my juicing cleanse or maybe on June 22, 2015. I haven't quite decided yet.
